Newcastle have rejected yet another bid for Andy Carroll from Tottenham Hotspur, this one worth £23-25 million, depending on which report you read. (MirrorFootball) Liverpool are reportedly readying a £30 million offer. (Rob Beasley, The Sun)

Xisco is likely heading back to Deportivo la Coruña on loan. (The Guardian)

Alan Pardew is reportedly taking a look at 26 year-old goalkeeper Keiren Westwood of Coventry City. (The People) File that under, "Doesn't make sense."
