No jump today, just a few pieces of Newcastle United game day news.
First of all, a couple very pertinent pieces of news.
Most importantly, Steven Harper has got a knock to the knee, which means Tim Krul will be in net against Manchester United. The Chronicle has a piece up about Krul being "unfazed"... he better get fazed is all I've got to say.
Also, Stephen Ireland is all set to make his debut despite spending most of the last few days at the hospital with his lady.
A bit less important, but Alan Pardew has apparently seen fit to tell Cheik Tiote to cool it a bit against ManU. I can't decide if this is good or bad news. What do you think?
Ok some secondary news for the upcoming clash.
Sir Ferguson seems to think today's is a very important game for The Red Devils, going so far as to call this and next weeks tie with Everton "vital."
Very great news in the recovery or Hatem Ben Arfa, it's looking like he could make a May comeback in time for the last two or three games of the season. Finish Strong.
Last but not least, the guys over at EPLTalk have an entertaining piece about whether the fans of a team like Manchester United have the ability to handle adversity, or even a losing streak for that matter.
