Hi Everyone,

I didnt see a game thread so I thought I would post one.  This is the third round of the Carling Cup. Nottingham Forest have beat Wycombe Wanderers 4-1 in the previous cup game, which was their last win.  They have been on a three game losing streak.  They have had a miserable start to the Championship by winning one, drawing two, and losing four.  They sit at 22nd in the championship with five points.  They don't have a great defense conceding 13 goals so far.

For Newcastle United though, today is a special day because we are getting Hatem Ben Arfa back.  He should be making the start today with our new goal keeper Rob Elliot.  I am excited to see how HBA plays in his first game and potentially excited to see our new number 2 or number 3 goalie (depending on how much skill he has).  We should win this game, but it is never easy to win as you all can remember from the Scunthorpe United game.  I hope we have a complete game and we press in the first half as well as the second since we usually fall asleep in the first half this season.   Howay the lads!  Lets go NUFC!!!
