Injury Blows for Magpie Duo

As Newcastle United head into the final two games of the season, they suffered an injury blow as both Moussa Sissoko and Shola Ameobi will miss the remainder of the season. The injury for French international Sissoko was thought to be a little niggle that would only keep him out of the West Ham match, but it appears more serious than that and it could pre-season the next time we see him get a run out in the black and white jersey.

Positive news on the injury front is that Davide Santon and Sylvain Marveaux have both trained and, although they probably will miss the QPR game, they could be set for a return on the final day against Arsenal.
