Alan Pardew: Fans expect too much of Newcastle | The Sun
Pards insisted: "I do think sometimes it can get very sensational at this football club. When we’ve done well, we’ve done really very well. Perhaps we could have more consistency about how we deal with wins and losses."

Pardew also spoke about Danny Simpson:
I think it was fairly obvious that we were not able to do a financial deal. It all needs to line up. It is not about bad relationships or anything like that. I have a strong personal relationship with Danny. I think he is a terrific lad and any Premier League club that takes him, will have signed a terrific player.

Good riddance to a company that charged $20 a month for a streaming service that only worked part of the time and often blacked out its own coverage. I welcome our NBC overlords.
