Rolando Aarons to miss rest of season

After suffering an ACL injury during training, Rolando Aarons will miss the rest of Newcastle United’s season.

According to Newcastle United’s official website Aarons will be undergoing surgery in due time but he will not be returning to action this season. This is a serious loss for Newcastle United but it isn’t anything new for Aarons, who has proven to be injury prone over the past couple seasons.

Aarons has not yet broken into the first team, but Aarons has proven to be one of the club’s most exciting up and coming stars. Losing him is a serious loss to depth at midfield.
