A very back and forth game between Newcastle and Liverpool ended with Newcastle walking away with a point from one of the stronger teams in the league.

Joselu was the lone goal scorer for Newcastle, with one of the best finishes you will see all season, this was assisted by Joel Matip, who unfortunately did not get credit for the assist. Perez was the only player booked.
