Newcastle United look to have clinched their third summer signing, with Norwich winger Jacob Murphy all set for a move.
A fee was agreed between the two clubs on Monday and Murphy has reportedly flown to Dublin, where Newcastle are based for pre-season training, to have a medical and complete the transfer.
A real sigh of relief for Rafa Benitez, who had apparently been getting uneasy with the lack of activity on the transfer front. The Spaniard is a big fan of Murphy and will be very happy to see him through the door.
However, in terms of wingers, the Magpies are not planning on stopping there. The Chronicle reported on Monday morning that they remain interested in bringing in Sheyi Ojo from Liverpool in a season-long loan deal. Middlesbrough are also admirers of the youngster, but Benitez will hope to see that deal completed soon.
Also, the same publication are also claiming that Newcastle are indeed targeting Bordeaux forward Diego Rolan.

The Uruguayan has been strongly linked with a move to Fulham, but is said to prefer to join a Premier League club, even though the Cottagers have agreed a £5 million fee with the French club.
