Out of favor Dutch international looks to be completing a loan move to fellow promoted side Brighton. This deal looks to be done as now even Sky Sports are reporting that the deal is bound to happen. Once Sky reports it the only thing left is a club announcement, which should come in the next few hours

The move will help ease the Newcastle wage budget because it is understood that Krul is one of the highest paid players currently on the roster. Lee Charnley did negotiate his latest contract negotiation and we all know how great Lee is at dishing out amazing contracts in favor of the player.

Krul joined the club when he was 17 and has made 185 first-team appearances for Newcastle before going out on loan last season in the Netherlands. He has been a staple in the Newcastle first team for a while now and his departure is somewhat controversial among the fans.

Some fans think that this is a negative thing.

Some fans directly refute the claim that Tim Krul is our best keeper

In addition to that, some Brighton fans aren’t really all that excited about Krul. They don’t see Goalkeeping being a huge need for Brighton especially after they just signed Matt Ryan.
