Huddersfield Town and Championship Side Derby County are interested in signing the Newcastle United Winger, Jacob Murphy.

Huddersfield Town are looking for attacking options and if Newcastle do get a winger this window, it seems that a likely loan deal would take place for the remainder of the season.

Murphy has played 8 matches this Premier League term creating 1 assist. The 23-year-old would definitely help improve both Huddersfield and Derby as he likes to dribble though players and find a creative way to break through. Murphy has had two great performances for the Toon this year, but he isn't consistent enough to be in Rafa’s plans continually.

It should be said however, that the Chronicle are reporting that Rafa does not want to lose the player and would resist any loan offer that came for him.
