Checking in on our Loanee players for the past month

TOM ALLAN (FWD) - ACCRINGTON STANLEY

League One - 3 appearances
EFL Cup - 1 appearance
EFL Trophy - 1 appearance

Tom had an okay first month with Accrington. He is considered as one of their first subs in the League and is playing in every match but it doesn’t seem he has earned the role as starter for them at all and we need him to start taking the chances he’s been given.

LEWIS CASS (RB) - HARTLEPOOL

2 appearances

Cass got his loan just like I asked for. I wasn’t extremely excited about it being in the National League but its first team football none the less. The good news is that Cass has jumped in as an immediate starter at RB and they started their campaign with 2 wins!

FLORIAN LEJEUNE (CB) - DEPORTIVO ALAVES

La Liga - 4 appearances

Lejeune has been a standout performer early on in Spain. He started and completed all 4 of their league matches Alaves have played since he joined. The team collecting 4 points from those 4 and 1 clean sheet against Athletic Bilbao. Nothing bad to say here.

YOSHINORI MUTO (FWD) - EIBAR

La Liga - 3 appearances

Muto has started his last two matches for Eibar. He hasnt been able to hit the mark yet but its nice to see him get opportunities. He was subbed off in each of his two starts I think due to the fact he didnt contribute much from the little I’ve watched. This is a critical year for the player.

MO SANGARE

League One - 1 appearance
EFL Cup - 1 appearance
EFL Trophy - 1 appearance

Mo was instantly a start for Accrington and looked good. However, he became a bit unlucky and was sidelined with an injury. Accrington’s manager says he will be out 8 weeks.

ELIAS SORENSEN (FWD) - ALMERE CITY

No debut yet for Sorensen who was just loaned out. His first match was supposed to be this week but players from both squads tested positive for COVID-19 and the match was postponed.

JAKE TURNER (GK) - MORCAMBE

League Two - 4 appearances, 7 goals conceded, 1 clean sheet
EFL Cup - 1 appearance, 1 goal conceded

Jake just got his first clean sheet after a bit of a shaky start but obviously has proven to settle in. Morecambe lost 4-0 while he was in net so outside of that, he has only given up 3 goals in 4 in the league.

KELLAND WATTS (CB) - PLYMOUTH ARGYLE

League One - 4 appearances
EFL Cup - 2 appearances, 1 goal

Kell has walked into Plymouth and become a top 11 player there. He starts every match and even had an incredible goal for them in the 2nd round of the EFL Cup. Expect more big months from him this season. He is proving to be a top League One CB so far.

FREDDIE WOODMAN (GK) - SWANSEA CITY

Championship - 3 appearances, 3 clean sheets
EFL Cup - 1 appearance, 2 goals conceded

Pretty good start for Freddie. He has not given up a goal in the Championship in his first 3 matches. He is clearly proven that he is a top Championship level keeper, and this year, he is out to prove he might be better than that.
