Well it happened, sports are cancelled and we will be without Premier League football until at a minimum the first week in April.
So how will we pass the time? What will we do to fill the void that soccer is leaving us?
I’ll tell you how: by debating stuff online.
The brain trust here at Coming Home Newcastle has come up with 16 moments in Newcastle history that we believe are the 16 best moments in the club’s history. Obviously people are going to hate our list, and If you do... let us know in the comments and maybe we will talk about it on the podcast.
How this will all work is simple. We have partnered with @ToonPolls to run a fan vote that you can access by visiting this article anytime or following @ToonPolls on Twitter, or either of our Twitter accounts for Coming Home Newcastle (@ComingHomeNUFC or @chn_radio).
At the end of this week we will release a podcast focusing on the final 4 moments selected by you all featuring fans, journalists, former players, and our very own Graeme Bell. Early next week a winner will be decided and boom one week without football would have passed!
