After weeks and weeks of rumors, the final, actual, non-leaked-but-official Newcastle home kit for the upcoming season—the first one under the new Arabia Saudi-backed ownership—has dropped and is available for preorder on the club’s official shop.

Things started with the away (in dark blue with yellow accents) and home kits sawing the light of the day via Turkish leaks. Then, as those kits didn’t feature any sort of sponsor logos on their chest, the talk moved onto muddy waters and the likes of Saudi Golf and Saudia brands entered the conversation.

At the end of the day, though, it looks like Newcastle has extended its deal with FUN88 for one more year, and the Asian gambling company will prominently feature on the Magpies kits for (at least) another season of Black and White football.

It’s the club’s 130-year anniversary this upcoming season—Newcastle United FC was founded all the way back on Dec. 9 of 1892—so this is probably a kit that will inevitably be remembered and brought back often in the future as part of Newcastle’s history.

We’ll wait and see what the club comes up with for the away and third uniforms and their supposed use of blue and Saudi-inspired colors, and whether or not both or at least one of them come with a Saudi-related sticker smacked right in the middle of the chest as part of the new board operations and goals going forward.
