There have been a flurry of rumors about Newcastle United potentially receiving a £20 million offer from PSG for midfielder Yohan Cabaye, which has sparked rumors of the club planning on selling the Frenchman and launching a bid for English winger Tom Ince.
According to The Mirror, the asking price for Ince is in the £8 million range, which the Toon are willing to pay with funds from a possible Cabaye sale. Ince turned down Cardiff earlier in the transfer window and is said to also be a target for Tottenham, but he would likely get the most time on the pitch with Newcastle.
At this point, it appears that Cabaye is likely on the move, it's just a matter of to whom and how much the club will get in return.
There's also some speculation that Newcastle could double-bid for both Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis and midfielder Yoann Gourcuff as a potential Cabaye replacement, as Alan Pardew and company are reportedly in France to strike up a deal.
