Newcastle United have gotten another player "over the line", this time signing Dutch international fullback Daryl Janmaat, according to multiple reports. The Toon were after a replacement at right back for Mathieu Debuchy, who appears to be headed to Arsenal on transfer.
Daryl Janmaat's agent has confirmed the player will finalise a move to Newcastle tomorrow. €6 million a steal for the English side.

It's no surprise that Debuchy was on his way out after Yohan Cabaye's exit and his performance at the 2014 World Cup. The biggest issue with his departure would have been that Newcastle simply doesn't have an adequate replacement at right back, outside of shifting Davide Santon back to the side.
Instead, the Magpies picked up the 24-year-old Janmaat, who's also been capped 19 times for the Netherlands, including starting in the 2014 World Cup for a strong Dutch side.
Looking at some advanced stats on Squawka, as I haven't really seen Janmaat play outside of his World Cup matches, he seems very similar to Debuchy, albeit it a few years younger.
